Persons pleaded not guilty to charges at arraignment in Greene County district court during the week ending Dec. 2 as follows: George Joseph Glasgow, 51, of Jefferson, possession of a controlled substance- third or subsequent offense; Shanda Jean Ellingson, 39, of Jefferson, sex abuse- third degree- child victim coerced by person in authority first offense, sex abuse continuous sex abuse of child, lascivious acts with child- solicitation, enticing minor under age 16 years for sexual pleasure; and Benjamin Jeffrey Ellingson, 37, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana, harassment- first degree, and intent to distribute marijuana. Trial date was set for Jan. 24 for Glasgow and for Feb. 28 for Shanda Ellingson and Benjamin Ellingson.
Cases were initiated in district court during as follows: Michael Jon Molle, 60, of Bagley, operating while intoxicated; Luke Raymond Holinski, 26, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana; Grace Holinski, 19, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana; Daniel David Holinsky, 22, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana; Allyn James Case, 35, of Jefferson, burglary- first degree, and assault causing bodily injury or mental illness; Kenneth Eugene Hardman, 47, of Jefferson, sex registry violation; and Shane Franklin Clark, 43, of Rodney, operate vehicle without owner’s consent.
